CogBot is a Chat Bot that looks at CRM for potential problems with the sales cycle or bad data. The Bot then proactively contacts the sales rep to validate. It then passes onto CogCoach if the rep is interested in advice on how to manage the situation. Both CogBot and CogAdvice can be taught to look for issues that also relate to sales management.
